Practice Turkey

I decided to do a practice turkey. Reason one is I screwed up last year and reason two is I love turkey. The wife and I were at Wally World looking for Royal Oak and they had everything but that out and no lackeys around to ask on Sunday morning. So I will have to spend the extra and get some BGE Lump from the dealer. Anyway, I was browsing around and found a metal paper towel holder for $2.59. I am trying an inverted turkey with it.
