Allegro question...

Has anyone used the Wild Game Marinade made by Allegro? If so, has anyone used it on beef (more specifically, brisket)?
It is the only Allegro marinade sold at my local grocer, and I'm wondering if it is a suitable substitute for the regular and/or hot version. Thanks.

I have used on beef several times, but not brisket. I like itBoom

How much different is it than the original? I've had neither, but I'm looking to do a Travis briskey this weekend.

I'm looking forward to trying the other Allegro flavors, but I was very pleased with how my brisket turned out using the Wild Game. Thanks, FOF, for the endorsement."Take yourself lightly, but what you do seriously." - M. Martin XL BGE - Johnston, IA
