Anyone ever heard of or done pork brisket?
I was looking through my supplier meat sheets, looking for some pricing and pack sizes for some meats to do on the egg. I noticed pork brisket. Has anyone ever done this on the egg?

I don't think hogs have a brisket cut. I've seen the term used for rib tips though.

Sorry for posting from another forum but I couldn't find anything here. It looks pretty good and will be something I'm definitely gonna look into as a future egg cook. -
I found the same site. I assumed if it was able to be sold that someone had done it somewhere. I think I may have to buy some soon and egg it.
I wonder how big they are?
