Came out awesome. About 8lbs. Mustard and Byron's Butt Rub. Overnight in the fridge. Indirect 225 grid for 10 hours. Pulled at 198. Perfect. Simple but awesome. Bark was great. Better than I ever got on my weber. Lots of leftovers for the week.
Kind Regards...Papa C

Very nice! Looks awesome. Making me want some. Nice pics. I love cooking Boston Butts. I've cooked them before where when they were done, I wrapped them in foil, wrapped in towel and put in a cooler for 6 hours and they were still hot. They keep very well for a long time that way.

It doesn't get better than that. My only advice is to make two next time. Butts love company and, man, they go so fast.Small (hatched 6/13/2015)

+1. Always cook extra and share with the neighbors who have enjoyed the smell of it cooking overnight and all day. Mine now look forward to my overnight cooks.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

That's how you do it! Looks perfect. Great presentation on the plated pic. 10 hours is pretty quick...it's funny how sometimes they decide to cook fast.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

10 hrs does seem quick but it worked. Nice. I'll cook extra for the neighbors or even a whole if they'll cover the meat cost.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

You know I had a second butt in the freezer and thought about it. Next time. It was probably a little over 11 hours now that I think about it. Still quick.Kind Regards...Papa CPeachtree City, GA2-XLBG's E...Webber 22" kettle, Retired Gas GrillRoll Tide!!!

I did an 8.2 lbs and took just under 12 hours at 230 to get to 198•
It was so amazing. Butts are prolly one of the easiest most fun best tasting things to egg.
I'm trying hard to eat it all up so I can do another one!
By the way, good looking cook man =D>_______________________________________________XLBGE -
