Started with some appetisers, Turkey sausage wrapped with bacon and filled with cream cheese/Jack.
Then continued with some Beef Bone marrow.
Main course, some 1 1/2 inch Rib Eye.
Accopanied with Baked Potato and Prepared Onion with some shire, liquid smoke, and lime juice.
Great time with the family!

First for me. Do you eat the bone marrow out of the bone? Outstanding meal.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

Awesome! Making me hungry!Kind Regards...Papa CPeachtree City, GA2-XLBG's E...Webber 22" kettle, Retired Gas GrillRoll Tide!!!

Looks Terrific! Would love to know the prep, temp, and time on the marrow. You T-Rex those steaks?
-
I love Trex, because i like my meat half live, half dead!!! )The bone marrow is easy as pie, have the butcher cut them in half, also cutting some bone on the bottom just enough so the bone lays flat and wont rock on the grill. You can add some Salt an Pepper, or some light swamp venom. As soon as you see the fat sizzle, they are ready. Serve them on a corn tortilla with a light sprinkle of salt and that`s it.And sorry for the plastic plates, was too late to be washing dishes!FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!

What temp did you roast them at?
-
550-700ºF Does not really matter much! If you leave them too long they will drip the fat and start some flames, but that is ok!Men, easier fed than understood!!

So on the narrow what exactly do you ask for from butcher? Can you get at a normal grocery store meat counter? Only way I've ever eaten the bones were upright and I was give a little fork to dig it out. Do you just scoop out after cook and serve with the tortillas?- EAT BEEF -

Yes, ask your butcher to freeze the marrow and cut it length wise, you can also ask him to cut just a bit of bone on the underside so it does not rock on your grill. Its as simple as that!FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!
