First shot at St. Louis spare ribs

I have made babybacks a handful of times using Carwash Mike method. I decided to give the St. Louis spares a shot this time. Should I alter the method any for these bad boys?

Probably need 4-5+ hours as they usually have more meat.

I cooked St.Louis style a little while back and they took over 6 hours!  Moral of the story, use a reliable "done test", time doesn't mean much.
