Hey all.  Still newbie egg user here.  Had mine for 3 months and loving it.  Having a little dinner party tomorrow night for 6 to 8 adults.  Would like to do flank or skirt steak, or even a london broil.  Any recommendations?  If so, please include prep, direct or indirect cooking, cook temp and time.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!

I personally like flank steak. I marinate in balsamic vinegar, oregano, and diced purple onion only for a few hours. I then heat up the egg to around 350 grid temp and cook till medium rare depending on the thickness of you flank steak your cook time will vary.
