Tried my hand at apple pie again. Will need to make my own 10" crusts next time. The pre made are only 9" . It just came together using 7 apples.

Used 4 different kinds of apples and a small handful of apple wood chips for some added flavor.

Came out pretty good .Even my in laws ate it. Now my wife wants to know what other types of pies will taste good with a smokey flavor.
