Favorit BGE Chef
Options
Last weekend we visited our favorite BGE chef again, he' s one of the best Dutch BGE chefs and makes wonderfull things!
I had:
First Course:
Swordfish with carrot etc
Main Course:
Cote de boeuff together with Belly Pork of the Birkshire pig
And most of all..Everything preparred on the Big Green Egg
Dessert:
A special anniversary dessert with home made pastry because of our "30 year going steady" ...:-)
(Chocolate chip cookies, Brownies, Turkisch Delight, White chocolate lollipops and butter stuffed cake)
