... This weekend. Cooked four butts, and spatched two chickens, last weekend in preparation. Vacuum sealed everything, and distributed some of the pork to a couple neighbors and my boys (in school). Then smoked 6 racks of ribs this weekend, and followed that with a 13 lb brisket. All ate well, with few leftovers. No pics, so it didn't happen. I'm a bit tired, but I'd do it again in a second.
