Boneless Pork Shoulder?
Went by my local Costco today, picked up a 2 pack on boneless pork shoulders, total of 18 pounds of meat. I've been buying whole Boston Butts from my local grocer with the bone in. What's the difference in these 2 cuts of meat or is there one, other than the bone?

Nothing other than the bone. One end of the boneless cuts is sort of "fanned out" from the process or cutting into it to remove the bone. You'll see what I mean when you open it. They dissect their way around the different muscles to get at the bone and remove it.XL BGE

I see that now... Will they cook faster than a normal bone in butt? I'm planning on putting these on about 2AM this morning for a afternoon cook-out tomorrow.
