When cooking Spare Ribs vs Baby Back Ribs, is ther any time difference or temp difference?
Thanks,

Cooking temp is the same. Baby backs take about an hour less. Good luck!Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Use the same "finish determination criteria"-bend or toothpick test and they will turn out great.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

look at recent posts. I asked this question earlier and used @lousubcap advice. I took them off by using the bend test. My ribs took 4 hours but they were small 2lbs each rack.Cheers
