How do I smoke some walleye?

Don't even know what a walleye looks or tastes like, but these mullet here in Florida are a little fatty and smoke up great. So do trout and other fatty fish that I have tried. Swordfish is a little too dry for my tastes.

lightly dust with rub, do indirect and use a small amount of fruit wood. I like apple. Try to keep the temp below 200. I was able to hold 180 dome last time I did some tuna. It will only take a few hours.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys -
I wouldn't think walleye would be great smoked. Grilled yes but it is not a fatty fish and doesn't have a strong enough flavour to come through the smoke.
