Table Nest Availability

I'm in the process of building my table for my LBGE and saw they are now making a Table Nest. Can't seem to find it on the BGE website and have yet to try my local dealer. Can only find an XL and Med on eBay too. My searching skills seem to have come up short on the table nest. Have they pulled the product? Any links would be appreciated.
As for the nest, I like the idea of getting the Egg up a bit and would still use a stone. I purchased fire bricks but with it being raised up about 2" with the Table Nest, that should be enough air flow to use granite instead. BTW, not trying to get the stone/paver/fire brick debate going.
Thanks,

I seen them at my dealer last week might want to try there. i think it was ~25$. I cannot find it on the internet. I was wondering how high it lifted the egg off the table.

I know my local dealer stocks them, would check with someone local first.
