Shrimp seasoned with lemon juice and lemon herb seasoning, grilled at 400 direct.  Snow crab claws kept simple in lemon, garlic butter.  Done in a foil pan covered to steam.

Turned out great.

Tj, I have an asian recipe calling for crab claws but haven't seen just claws anywhere (haven't looked too hard). Where did you purchase the claws.

    BTW they look fantastic!

Got them at Wegman's.  They are cooked and frozen, so just need seasoned and heated up. They come just like in the picture - big hunk of meat out of the shell.  These snow claws are fun to eat as well.  Just pull the claw apart and the small part comes out, leaving you with a handle topped with a large piece of meat.  Takes all the work out of it, so they go fast.
