Last night's cook

Nothing earth shaking here, but I made some wonderful chicken, last night. I had nine fresh legs (we call them drumsticks) and one fresh breast (with bones). The breast was for my wife, who will not eat the legs or thighs. I marinated it in Dale's Seasoning, which may be a regional product. It is a soy sauce based liquid seasoning, mainly used for steaks.

I built a medium sized fire with hickory lump, stabilized at 350. Cooked direct, with the breast in the center and the legs around it, with the large ends toward the center of the grill. Cooked for 40 minutes, turning about every 10 minutes.

They were delicious.
