Pork Tenderloin suggestions

i have a couple of pork tenderloins marinating in an adobo marinade. Looking for any suggestions for how to prepare.

    Sounds like you have the preparing already sorted out...I would cook raised direct (around 350*F on the dome) til around 138-140*F.  Should take around 20 mins +/-. Rest then slice and enjoy.

  • Gracias. Did what you said and gave 'em a glaze of some Stubbs BBQ sauce I had in the fridge 5 mins before they were done. Also threw some potato medallions and grilled some veggies (broccoli, carrots, and 'shrooms)
