I just grilled some burgers and my egg is at about 400. My wife wants me to bake a peach pie. Do I have to let the egg cool all the way down before I put the plate setter on?

Burn that burger grease off first. Last time I baked after burgers it taste like hamburgers.
  • The peach crisp turned out pretty good. I think am going to try spatchcock chicken tomorrow night.

Be sure to burn the peach juice off so your chicken doesn't end up tasting peachy.  ;)
