Help with Boston butt

I will be cooking 2 -1/2 Boston butts of 3 1/2 # each will it take 14 hours or 7 hours? Thanks for any help

    Options
    Each will cook like a stand-alone cook and each will behave differently.  So monitor both as you clear the 180's as they could finish 1-2 hours apart.  Or you could get lucky-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
