Go out and buy a pound of pizza dough, cut it into eight pieces, shape into balls, place on an oiled baking sheet, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake on the Egg at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

I use my Bread Machine on the Dough cycle and then make dough balls all about the same size and place them in a muffin tin. Let them rise and then bake them. If I am going to use them at a later date then I partially bake them and freeze them then thaw them out and bake them until a nice golden brown.
