RIbs go good with home made coleslaw, baked beans, and home made buttermil biscuits.[p]We drank beer, Molson Brador, but I like a nice bold red with my ribs.....and just about everything else.

MickeyT, I would recommend the following:
Rancho Zabaco Dry Creek Zinfandel; McWilliams Shiraz; Davinci Chianti for reds.
Either Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc fron New Zeland or Rancho Zabaco Russian River Sauvignon Blanc for the whites.
As a side note;as you are aware; An ice cold PBR is hard to beat!
    Thanks for asking!
