Do you put a cover on it? Cover the whole table or just the egg?
-
Beautiful table also.

Very nice. How are doing your doors?

Consider a juxtaposition of a lovely new, red cedar cabinet with the contrast of reclaimed urban decay. Or, stainless. Other options are, raised panel, mission (craftman), wood framed glass, and platinum (you'll need security).
Here's the back (that no one sees) of my router table base - first option above.

i really like it !..when you gonna start on mine ? lol...i like the way the egg gets good airflow all the way around

I'm considering it. Though I gotta say, the chances of a beer making it from the fridge to the egg unopened is pretty slim. Heck half the time it's empty by the time I get there
I'd like to... the UV is killer on the finish. I have yet to find one that will fit though. Actually, does anyone know what the dimensions of the egg table cover accessory is? I think my table is pretty close in size to the BGE one.
Do you put a cover on it? Cover the whole table or just the egg? Thanks for the ideas for the doors noalegghead. I want to carry over the shiplap panels in the doors so it'll likely be a variation on a shaker style door... though since you mention it, the SS is an idea too, or I could frame out a couple of the same tiles that are in the top...hmmm... so many ideas. -

Shaker would be nice too...If it's as nice as the table frame, you'll have a beautiful table!

That is a wicked table! Do you have Plans for it? That is exactly what I would like for a table with the cabinet on one side.
-

Thanks! I don't have plans unfortunately, I started with a *very* rough idea in sketchup to get the critical dimensions and just kind of went from there. I started with the top -- about 60" x 28", with a 22 1/2" hole centred about 14" from one side and a 24" x 24" gap for the tiles on the other side -- and sized everything else from that.Happy to give you any more info that you may need. -
I love the sides around the BGE that allow for ventilation. Looks very good.

Did you use a build plan or did you just come up with that on your own?Mt. Washington, KY
