First smoked meat loaf, wow!
After seeing all of the success other eggers were having I decided to give the smoked meat loaf a try. I used Dr BBQ's "Lisa Marie's Meatloaf" recipe as a guide I added Cow Lick rub on top for a little extra flavor. We smoked it @ 285 dome temp for 1 hr with cherry and hickory, then removed it from the pan and smoked for an additiona 50 minutes to an IT of 160. We served it with the Dizzy Pig potato crisps. It turned out great, I can't wait to have my meatloaf sandwich for lunch.
