Skinless Chicken
I did some skinless chicken. Did the skin removal and BGE dry rub the night before. As it was cooking, I did a couple of coats of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ. Very tender and juicy.

Good job. I consider boneless, skinless chicken my proof of concept cook. If these can taste so much better on a BGE, imagine what other things will taste like.
