Sweet Rub Pork Chop 7-5-12

Thick pork chops done with EVOO and Traeger Sweet Rub.  The rub has a hint of brown sugar and fairly strong pepper flavor out of the bottle, but mellows out in the cook.

Done with raised grid on a half filled XL at 400.  Veggies went on first, indirect, for about 20 minutes with a couple of stirrings.  Chops were direct for 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other.

This was very good.
