Pork Butt: Fat cap up or down

Getting up at 4am to put 5 lb pork butt on egg for dinner tomorrow. This will be my first and I have seen different opinions. What do ya'll say, fat up or down?

I put 2 on tonight and I put the cap down. I also trimmed it for more bark.__________ Chris

i just put two 7lb butts on fat cap down...have learned the hard way it does make a difference...good cooking!!!
