Salt and pepper wings

Anyone know of a good recipe for salt and pepper wings on the BGE? Would like to try some on the 4th but all I can find are fried with a coating of flour. I leave the frying to others.
Thanks!

This is my version. Dry the wings, shake in 1/2 flour/Italian bread crumbs, s/p and cook. The chicken comes out moist and the skin crispy. If you try this method go to 400F indirect.

I dry them completely and let them sit out in the fridge for a while. Right before I put them on I toss them lightly in olive oil and seasoning (mixed). They turn out great every time.
