I took a 1/8 lb butter, added KC Masterpiece and maple syrup. Melted in a pan in the house.[p]Placed shrimp on the BGE and brushed on. Turned very quickly and brushed the other side. Cooked less than 5 minutes on a raised grid.[p]Yummy me.[p]Mike
