just got my xl bge and need help on making chicken wings anybody help

I do them raised direct at 375 dome for about 30 minutes, flip half way through. Take them off, toss in favorite sauce, back on for 5 more minutes.XL,L,SWinston-Salem, NC

Indirect for 45 minutes @ 375 dome temp, toss in sauce back on the egg for 5 minutes.

+1, I marinate mine in Dichicko's Hot or Garlic, and don't toss after.
