Pulled Pork Nachos

Been lurking for months and recently decided to post something. Smoked a pork shoulder Friday and was looking for something else to make besides pulled pork sandwiches, pizza, and tacos. I decided to try and recreate some killer nachos from Taco Stand, in Fort Worth. They were good. More detail on this link.

Had them Friday in Seaside and outstanding.

This will be on the top of my list for the next pulled pork cook.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
