I just wanted to say hello. My wife and kids bought me the XL BGE for my birthday/father's day this year. So far I have go to do chickens, pizza's and yesterday I did a brisket. Still learning to control the temperature but I will get it eventually. I am attaching a couple photos of the pizzas. The brisket yesterday was very good. I love reading the forum and thank you all for everything on here. The pizza's were a BBQ chicken and a S'more's.
