Just posting a few of my recent experiments and recipes, any comments or suggestions are welcome!

Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple

Fresh Pineapple, wrapped in maple bacon and seasoned with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head. Cooked indirect at about 400 for 30-45 minutes

 

Big Green Egg Tsunami Wings

Whole Jumbo Wings, coated in vegetable oil and Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin. Cooked indirect at 375 for about an hour

 

Greek Pizza (kind of)

Naan Pizza dough (pre-baked) slathered with tuscan herb infused olive oil. Sliced Roma tomatoes, marinated in Traditional Vinegarette, and 6 Cheese Italian Blend. Cooked indirect at 600 for 10 minutes
