all i did was put it on egg and cook i was told wasn't any need to do anything other than season it once in awhile . i did wash it first thoLarge Big Green Egg , XL Big Green Egg . BBQ Guru, Weber Kettle, Weber Q grill for road trips.

I gave mine a rub down with oil (like a CI pan), and cooked, but everyone said just use it.Bx - > NJ ->TX!!!All to get cheaper brisket!
