Second Brisket...thanks Travis!

I did my second ever brisket. I decided to follow Travis' way on the brisket, and it was a success. I will definitely do this way again and try other ways.

    I was nervous and when I inserted my thermometer at 205, it was perfect. Thanks for help.

    What is that black thing the brisket is sitting on.  

     I think I saw one of those 5 weeks ago in my house before I bought my
    egg.    It looks like a big clock for such a small screen does the
    window at the bottom do anything? 
    =))  What do the dials do?  BTW the brisket looks great.
