Chicken Injection Reciepe Help

Want to try using an injector on Chicken and eventually a turkey. Any suggestions on recipes would be very much appreciated. I will cook spatchcock direct at 350 if that makes a difference.

    I use Martins Tender Quick to inject my turkeys Google Martins Tender Quick and I think they will give you the ratio pr lb. you can use it on chicken also gives the meat a little pink color
