Last night's beef ribs

Hello everyone. Just wanted to share my cook from last night.
Nothing fancy, just tossed them on the Egg @ 275 for 5-6 hours, no fussin & no foiling. They turned out great!

I love beef ribs, probably even more than pork (I'm in the minority). The hard part for me is finding any with substantial meat on them.
I still buy the ones I find, they can just be a little scrawny.
