Citrus Grill Seasoning

I egged some really good thighs tonight. They were seasoned liberally with Durkee Citrus Grill that I got at Sams club. I cooked them direct @ 325-ish for about 45 minutes, no smoking wood. During the last 20 minutes or so I squeezed a drizzle of fresh lime juice on them. This combination really gave the thighs a good tangy citric acid flavor. I love that flavor. When they were finished I milked the last few drops from the limes on top of the yard bird...nice, really nice. I'm gonna have a great lunch tomorrow!![p]I've attached a link with a photo of the stuff. I think it was like $8.50 @ Sams Club.[p]Joe
