I'm doing some butts for a Jimmy Buffett concert on Thursday night and saw the pineapple habanero BBQ sauce recipe on the Bobby Flay thread, has anyone tried it? Or alternative suggestion? I'm also looking for a recipe for slaw to go on the tacos with some kick. We're trying to keep with the Buffett/Caribbean/Latin America theme.
