Egged it up on Memorial Day Weekend!

My Green Egg never ceases to amaze me everytime I use it.  Pulled Pork Shoulder=16 hours, Buffalo Turds=1 hour and Stuffed Mushrooms=20 minutes, all on my Large Egg.  ENOUGH SAID!!!

I did the same...I am a new owner and this was second weekend with the egg and I in the same location. Prior to this weekend the only thing i cooked was a spatchcock chicken.

Let's see...through Monday here is what was cooked on the Egg:

Pork Butt (9 lbs.)
House Burgers
Asparagus
Spare Ribs
Vidalia Onions
Hot Dogs
ABTs
Pork Tenderloin

Holy smokes, I spent a lot of time cooking this weekend,,,,folks ate well!!!

Love the Egg my XL got some action here's how my weekend looked:

-Turkey breast
-11lb brisket
-Shrimp & cheese stuffed bacon wrapped baked potatoes.
-Stuffed Calamari
-Skillet fried calamari
-Strawberry & rhubarb crumble
-Smoked Eggs
- pizza

Tonight I told the boss it was her turn to cook!

Cooked up some quick porterhouse's between building a deck extension in this damn heat. Tasted great. Also took a break to think about fallen comrades. Enjoying a margarita or 10 right now.
