get to camp friday night and light egg, stabilize at 250 and hit the rack. 4 am add some lump, rub the pork butt and on the egg, fish til 2, pulled pork. no waiting til midnight (im passed out asleep any ways, just light the egg and drink, get up and let the dog out, get the butt on, make the coffee, load the beer on the boaT, AND FISH FISH FISH. sounds so simple, what if your still drunk and forget to put some bricks under it, or a pan, etc, what if the egg is cooking direct and its at 350 when you get back, what if
