Would separating the point from the flat of a brisket and cooking the two separately help burnt ends finish up at the same time the flat is ready? I'm not sure if that's phrased correctly, but hopefully you get my drift. Read on if you didn't:
a. cook brisket to temp (flat is done)
b. separate point and flat
c. make burnt ends (ends are done)
So would cooking the two separate help A and C happen at or nearer the same time?
