Bamboo Lump

Was given this bamboo lump several years ago at athe Texas Fest.
This stuff is ready in less than 5 min's and you better be as it will last less than 30. Very fast stuff and very hot.

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Do you use this?  It sounds like a potential stir fry lump.  Being bamboo, that would make sense.

    Gary I took the bag (my guess is 2 to 3 lbs) to Dallas to use in the Mini. Used Mapp to start and in less than 5 min's was HOT. It burnt very hot but in both days had to load more to cook the pizzas. I think it would be outstanding for stir fry, just have some on hand to keep fueled. If I could buy it, I would keep for just the Mini and pizza or anything hot cooking.
