I did this several weekends ago



- went indirect, 250 dome temp, and



placed it on a rib rack cuz it



wouldn't stand up by itself (didn't



want one side on the grate while the



other wasn't on the grate).



Turned out GREAT!!  



As far as the rub & glaze, pretty much followed this recipe:
