    Thanks guys-

I used red peppers and Bok choy in addition to the traditional peas and carrots to make it nice and colorful! I try and go colorful (veggie heavy) on most of my cooking.

Wish I could spell like that as I am not real fast on a keyboard. All these superfluous "u's" take some time

Canuks have real psychological problems.  They speak like Americans and spell like Brits.  If there was ever another war between the U.S. and Great Britain, they'd probably shoot themselves, thinking they were the enemy.

We like Americans way more than the English. Scots, Welsh and Irish are good with us

lolol.  A good friend of mine is English, and he HATES the English.  Scots, Welsh and Irish are all OK.  It seems history has a long memory.   When we were in Wales, we stayed at a B&B, where the husband was Welsh and the wife was English. I asked him if there was still any animosity towards the English.  He said "Oh no, we're all one people now" ... but before he could finish, she said "Oh, Yes there is !!!!).

With the natives here, there is still a slight animosity in the South for what is called The War of Northern Aggression.

The English are OK. They just tell you how much better it is back home but they don't leave

As Churchill said, " Britain and American are two great Counties separated by a Common Language."

    MQ,

Nice job. My wife loves leftover pulled pork fired rice. It's a great way to get rid of leftovers.
