Here is a different spin on doing a mass order of fajita ingredients on the BGE at the same time.  If you double/triple the meat, you could probably serve 8-10 with this recipe.  Check out my YouTube video (link below)...and check back as I continue to add more cooking videos with my Big Green Egg on this channel!
