Was good, and not particularly pricy, but not as gee whiz as I expected it to be.
Will do again for change of pace, but not any more special than a London Broil.

What did you rub on it?
I find rosemary, and mint in addition to garlic, S&P, worked well.Bx - > NJ ->TX!!!All to get cheaper brisket! -
Marinaded overnight in olive oil, water, limeaide, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and salt.
