Chili Rellenos

Had an early Cinco de Mayo dinner- chili rellenos and quesadillas.  Fire roasted the poblanos on the BGE with a lowered grate for about 2 min/side until well charred (sorry, forgot to take a pic of that part).  Pulled them off, and let them sit in a paper bag to steam.  Then peeled the skins off and stuffed them with rice/beans/hamburger/cheese.  Put them back on the BGE with indirect heat while my lovely wife made quesadillas on the stovetop (ok, ok, next time will do those on the BGE and a cast iron griddle).  Dinner was great!  I hope the pictures upload successfully...
