Easter dinner

I have been charged with cooking Easter dinner. I just did a pork butt that was awesome. My family wants the beef version of pulled pork. What cut of beef would I use? Would I cook it like a b. butt? Thanks for any help

I guess there isn't a pulled beef recipe.
