Rack of Pork recipes?
I am looking for a good for a good rack of pork recipe. I am also looking for some cooking time guidance - I have 2 four lb roasts to serve 13 people. Can anyone help? Tx

I would say about in the 2hr. range at 350. Don't let it go anything over 145 before you pull.
