Cooked some chicken breast on it last night. Came out really well. I can't post pictures of the food cause it was consumed too quickly:)

Chicken didnt happen then. Nice grid, but the cook was a figment of you imagination.... Let us know when you cook on that grid for the first time.Columbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013

LOL! One thing though I did notice was that the chicken cooked faster than normal. Maybe cause the grates hold heat better.

Yeah, I dont have CI grid, but it would make sense it would cook faster. I will probably get one down the road, but too many things I want first. I will probably just get a 13" one to go in my spider so I can sear over the coals.

I've had 2 Craycorts and they are awesome. My only advice would be to invest in Pam in the event that you end up searing off your seasoning. They will rust up pretty quickly. Other than that, they are just awesome. Congratulations!

Just coat them with canola oil with a brush before and after each cook and they will last a lifetime and will never rust!Cheers! Shawn My Blog: http://hrmcreativebbq.blogspot.com/ My Dads Custom Handles Blog http://dannyscarvings.blogspot.com
